MAYERA Medical Journal aims to preserve the scholarly record and maintain access to published content. The publisher is responsible for maintaining appropriate hosting, backup, and preservation arrangements.

The publishing system is configured for the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), with deposits intended to begin with the first issue after an ISSN is assigned.
Backup frequency, retention, restoration testing, recovery targets, and access continuity are maintained as internal operational controls.
The journal will not claim participation in a preservation service or completed deposit without verifiable evidence.
