Fees
The corresponding author’s primary institutional affiliation at submission determines the applicable country rate. Nationality and co-author locations do not determine the rate. APCs, if applicable, are payable only after acceptance and do not influence peer-review or editorial decisions.

Founding 50 waiver
The full article processing charge (APC) will be waived for the first 50 articles accepted for publication by MAYERA Medical Journal. Eligibility will be determined by the chronological date and time of the final acceptance decision. This waiver does not guarantee acceptance or affect editorial decisions.
Postgraduate first-author waiver
A full APC waiver is available when the first author is a postgraduate student and provides the required bonafide certificate and college ID to the publisher. Supporting documents are sent only through the publisher (publisher@mayeramj.com), never embedded in the blinded manuscript, and access to them is restricted.
The postgraduate first-author waiver and the Founding 50 waiver cannot be combined with any other APC discount or waiver. No APC is payable where a full waiver applies.
